For mortgage brokers

Keep the clients you already have.

Your clients get their mortgage, insurance and documents in one place, and a direct line to you. You get told who needs a call, before someone else calls them.

You will need a signup code. We issue them to brokers we have spoken to, so email us and we will set one up.

Rates can usually be secured around six months ahead, so now is a good time to talk.

The case completes, and then you go quiet

Two years pass. Someone else's remortgage email lands first. The client you did all that work for is now theirs, and the first you hear about it is nothing at all.

Case management systems are built for winning the case. Almost nothing is built for the years afterwards, which is where the renewal actually is.

What you get

Not another case management system. This is the part that runs after the case completes.

Who to call this month

A job runs every morning and works out whose fixed rate, insurance renewal or protection review is coming into range. Overdue, due this month, and coming up. Mark it done or push it out a month.

The whole firm's clients

Advisers cover for each other, so everyone sees the firm's list with a filter for their own. Whoever a client is assigned to gets their reminders.

One-to-one messaging

A thread per client that appears live for both of you, with the full history kept. An email nudge goes out only when the other person is not looking, and not again for fifteen minutes.

Broadcast to a segment

Everyone whose fix ends within six months, say. Anyone who has not opted in is excluded, with no way to override it, and every send is recorded.

What your client sees

It opens in their phone browser. There is no app to download, no password to remember before they can look, and nothing for them to set up.

It carries your firm's name, logo and colour, not ours. They cannot change a single figure. Only you write those.

  • Their mortgage, home insurance and life cover, in plain language
  • A countdown to the day their fixed rate ends
  • Your name, number and email at the top of every screen
  • A private vault for documents, including photos taken on their phone
  • More than one property, for the ones who have them

Built for the questions you will be asked

You hold your clients' financial details. So the things that are usually bolted on later are in place from the start.

Hosted in the UK or EU

Where your clients' data sits is the first question anyone will ask you.

Separated in the database

One firm cannot reach another firm's records. That fence is enforced by the database itself, not by the app, so a mistake in the code cannot open it.

2-step verification for advisers

Mandatory, not optional. The portal also signs itself out when it is left sitting idle.

Documents kept private

Files are never publicly addressable. Each one opens through a link that expires in sixty seconds.

You remain the data controller and stay responsible for the advice you give. Our job is to help you evidence good outcomes, not to give advice ourselves.

Getting in

Signup needs a code, and we only issue them to brokers we have actually spoken to. That is deliberate. The moment a firm registers, real people's mortgage records start landing on our database, and we are not willing to hold those for someone we have never met.

  1. 1You email us, we talk, and you get a code.
  2. 2You register, your firm is created, and you become its admin.
  3. 3You invite your advisers, then your clients. They get a link and set up their own account.
